First step.. Locate doors.. 80-96 Ford F150/250/350 or Bronco will work

55 KB		 This set happened to have my name on them so i snatched them up.. Didnt hurt that they were nice.

62 KB		 I used some blue painters tape to mock up the cut.

50 KB		 I used cardboard to make a template. I marked 2 points on it 12" in from the sides of the doors right on the ridge.

I punched a 1/4" hole through that point. This will be used to locate it on the doors.

68 KB		 Flip it over and it works on the opposite door

70 KB		 Marked the points on the doors. Drilled 1/4" holes and bolted the template on.

53 KB		 Used tape to mark the doors. A marker will work too.

Flipped the template over and did the other door.

74 KB		 Started cutting. Used a nibbler. Fun tool but messy.

76 KB		 Outside skins cut off.

74 KB		 I placed the template inside and used a piece of sheetmetal to align it all the way around. Clamped it down and drilled 2 holes to bolt it on from the opposite side.
